Our Summer Harvest honey is a blend of nectars from Maui wild flowers blooming from May to October. The most prominent flower this time of year is the Brazilian Pepper Tree - it's honey is a light golden color and has a sweet tangy finish. Brazilian Pepper Tree is used in many cultures for a multitude of medicinal purposes.
